PT Ascendo Internasional Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty Period 
    The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. 
  2. Warranty Coverage  
    This warranty covers manufacturing defects (factory faults) such as tread separation, sidewall  bulges, or inner delamination during normal use, subject to the following conditions: 
    • The tire has a clear and legible serial number 
    • The tire is used under proper operational conditions  
  3. Compensation Method 
    Calculated based on the remaining tread depth (percentage), with a minimum remaining tread  depth of 50%  
    • The tread groove depth is measured at four positions, evenly distributed around the tire circumference. 
    • The value used is the average of the measurement results (tread groove depth).  
    • The compensation amount is the percentage of the remaining tread groove depth 
      relative to the tread groove depth of a new tire. 
    • Damage caused by improper tire pressure, collisions, extreme use (overload/extreme  temperatures), or normal wear and tear is not covered.  
    • Claims submitted beyond the 5-year period from production are automatically rejected. 
  4. Claim Procedure  
    Claims must be submitted through an authorized store/distributor along with the purchase  invoice.  
    • Contact the responsible sales representative. 
    • Technical inspection by the manufacturer or authorized workshop is required. If the cause  is a manufacturing defect, the claim is approved; if due to usage, the claim is rejected. 
    • Submit clear photos and videos of the tire (including the serial number, overall view, and  damaged area) 
  5.  Additional Terms and Conditions 
    • This warranty only applies to products sold officially by PT Ascendo Internasional. 
    • False or incomplete claims may result in compensation being withdrawn in full.
